ReceivablesPro includes eight standard reports:
All Transactions-- Includes every transaction processed in your ReceivablesPro account, regardless of status (successful and unsuccessful).
Settled Transactions-- Includes all transactions in your account with a status of “settled.”
Credit Card Deposit Report-- Includes every successful credit card payment and refund (status of “settled” and “Refund (Settled)” with an Actual Settle Date in the selected date range.
NOTE: If your account is not enabled for credit card processing, you will not see this report.
ACH Deposit Report-- Includes every successful ACH payment and refund (status of “settled” and “Refund (Settled)” with an Actual Settle Date in the selected date range.
NOTE: If your account is not enabled for ACH processing, you will not see this report.
Daily Returned ACH Report-- Includes all returned ACH transactions (status of “Returned NSF,” “Returned,” and “Chargeback.” with a Return Date in the selected date range.
NOTE: If your account is not enabled for ACH processing, you will not see this report.
Web Payment Form Transactions-- Includes all one-time transactions entered via your ReceivablesPro Web Payment Pages, regardless of status (successful and unsuccessful).
Recurring Payments with Expiring Credit Cards-- Includes a list of customers with recurring payment schedules that have a credit card attached to them as a payment method which expires in the time frame you select.
Invoice Line Item Report-- Includes a row for each item included in an invoice, for the date range you select.
Invoice Payment Report-- Includes all system payments made against system invoices for the date range you select.
You can access a report by clicking the linked Report name in the standard reports table.
