The ReceivablesPro Android Mobile App is very simple and currently supports only processing one-time payments. These payments can be entered by swiping a customer’s credit or signature debit card, hand entering a credit or signature debit card number, hand entering a customer’s bank account number, or selecting an existing customer and processing the payment using a credit card, debit card, or bank account saved with the Customer Record.
New customers cannot be directly added via the Android Mobile App, however you can create new Customer Records while entering a new credit, debit, or bank account, and a new customer is automatically created each time a new credit or debit card is swiped. (The system searches for the swiped card information and creates a new Customer Record if it does not find one.)

Android Mobile App cannot be
used to save new payment accounts to existing customer records.

There is currently no mechanism in the Android Mobile App for reviewing payments once they have been processed. However, payments processed via the Mobile App are immediately accessible from the web-based interface. You can review all payments from the manage payments tab (see Viewing Transaction Details in Chapter 4 for more information), which can be accessed from any web browser, including those on your Android phone or tablet.
