Users with an Administrator Role have access to all Mobile App functions. If you want to limit User permissions you can assign custom Roles. Role permissions for the web-based interface are respected by the Mobile App. For example, if you create a Role that permits managing Customer Records, but not processing Payments, users assigned that Role will not be able to process payments via the Mobile App.
NOTE: It will not be immediately apparent in the Mobile App that a restricted User cannot process a payment or enter a schedule. However, if Users attempt a function for which they are not enabled, an error message will be displayed after the submit button is tapped.
