The default receipt, void and refund email templates are used for all Mobile App payments. The default schedule notification emails and pre-notification configurations are used for all schedules entered via the iOS Mobile App. Any customizations you make to the settings, email body content, the TO address, and the CC addresses from the Settings--> Configuration--> Email Preferences and Templates screen in the web-based application are utilized by the Mobile App.
NOTE: You cannot access or change these settings from the Mobile App.
Failure notifications are not sent for failed credit card transactions entered via the Mobile App. They are also not sent for ACH (e-check) transactions that are not authorized. If an ACH transaction is initially authorized but later returned (for insufficient funds, or some other reason), the Failure Notification email template is used to notify the customer of the failure. Any customizations you make to the email body content, the TO address, and the CC addresses from the Settings--> Configuration--> Email Preferences and Templates screen in the web-based application are utilized by the Mobile App.
