To begin using your USB card swipe device with ReceivablesPro, simply plug it in to your USB port. It should be recognized by your system automatically and then automatically configured for use. Look for the green light on the swipe device, as shown below, as an indication that the swiper is ready to use.
If it is improperly installed, or if there is some other problem, you will see the error message shown below. Check your connection and try again.
