The Unpaid Invoice Exposure section covers all of your unpaid invoices. The pie chart shows the percentage, by dollar volume, of unpaid invoices that are overdue (in red), unpaid invoices that are partially paid (but not overdue) in green, and the percentage that are simply unpaid (the Due Date has not yet been reached). The exact dollar value for each section is also displayed.
NOTE: The values in this chart are dynamically updated to take Early Payment Incentives and Late Payment Penalty Fees into account. For example, the Past Due section will add penalty fees when they are triggered and the Unpaid section will subtract discounts when they are available and add them back if they expire while the invoice remains unpaid. (See About Invoice Incentives and Penalties in Chapter 5 for more information about invoice incentives and penalties.)
Click any of the pie slices to go to the manage invoices screen with the Invoices table filtered to display the invoices represented.
