Appendix D:Email Templates

The ReceivablesPro system uses a number of e-mail templates that are sent to your customers on your behalf. These emails can be used as is, or they can be customized to meet your specific business needs. Merge fields are used in email templates to brand them for your company out of the box, and to enable you to add data for specific customer or payment fields to your emails. (See Email Preferences and Templates in Chapter 8 for information on how to view and edit email templates.)

 

The ReceivablesPro Email Templates section provides a description of each email used by the system. The Catalog of Email Merge fields defines each available merge field and provides code you can use to add them to your email templates.
